Radiologist

Dr. Rajneesh Sehgal (Raj) is a Board-Certified Radiologist with a Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging from Emory University. He has over ten years of radiology experience in both academia and private practice settings. After completing his Fellowship, he continued as Assistant Professor of Radiology, working at Emory University Hospital and affiliates in the Atlanta area. His experience spans work at large medical centers and hospitals, interpreting inpatient, outpatient and ER imaging.

His core expertise in Body Imaging includes various modalities such as MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and plain radiography. He has also maintained clinical competence in other areas: Neuroradiology, MSK and Nuclear Medicine. He is a member of American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS). He enjoys inter-disciplinary interactions and adopts a consultative and educational approach.

Prior to his Fellowship from Emory, Dr. Sehgal lived in Philadelphia where he received his radiology residency training at Pennsylvania Hospital, the nation's first hospital. He also completed a Surgery internship from North Shore University Hospital, NY. Earlier, Raj had studied at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, India for his undergraduate degree in medical sciences.

Dr. Sehgal enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
